Delete an order
MÆN CUOIO offers the possibility to cancel orders, by sending a specific request to the addresses indicated on the HOW TO ORDER page. The request will be processed during the indicated working hours and will be considered accepted only by sending an e-mail confirming the cancellation of the order. The cancellation of the order within 24 hours of its dispatch will have no cost. After this deadline, the order must be considered “in progress” and, unless it has already been sent, the cancellation will involve the burden of paying a contribution, by way of reimbursement of expenses, equal to 15% of the value of the order canceled. It will not be possible to cancel an order that is “fulfilled”. As far as possible, MÆN CUOIO will in any case try to follow up on the cancellation of an order without burdening the user with costs, avoiding receiving products that are no longer desired.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for orders with a value equal to or less than 50 euros (Article 47 of the Consumer Code) and for products made to measure or, in any case, customized (Article 59 of the Consumer Code).
Refusal of an order on delivery
Refusal of the order at the time of delivery is always illegitimate. The recipient who does not accept the delivery is in default under Italian law (Article 1453 of the Italian Civil Code). In such cases, once the products have been returned to the sender, if intact, MÆN CUOIO undertakes as far as possible to return the value, less shipping and return costs, including packaging costs.
Complaints
Any complaints must be received within 8 (eight) days of delivery. Small imperfections in the materials or slight differences in color cannot be considered defects or discrepancies, constituting peculiarities of handcrafted products. Claims for products damaged during transport will not be accepted if the delivery has been accepted without reservation. In the event of actual defects or discrepancies found in the products, MÆN CUOIO undertakes, after returning the items, without further costs for the customer, to repair them, if the defect is slight and easily repairable at a cost lower than the price, or to replace them. , if the repair is impossible, very expensive or involves significant inconvenience for the user. Where repair or replacement are impossible, MÆN CUOIO undertakes to return the amount paid. The verification of defects and discrepancies will require a period of 3 (three) to 5 (five) working days, after which MÆN CUOIO will notify the customer if the product will be repaired, replaced or rebranded.

- Cost of shipping in Italy with Posta 1 (a service of Poste Italiane), 3.00€ without tracking code.
- Shipping cost abroad will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.
- Delivery times and shipping costs vary from case to case and according to the type of shipment agreed.
- It will be possible to agree with MÆN CUOIO, the type of shipment desired and the related services (with or whitout tracking code, express mail etc.)
